Fee Schedule

CPA LICENSE – Initial Application fees:
- CPA Certificate (license application) – $100
- Reciprocal CPA certificate – $100
- Reinstatement applications – (contact the office)
- Firm Permit application – $100
- Provisional permit – 90 day – $100
Transfer of CPA exam grades application ($125):
- CPA Certificate application – $100
- Grade Transfer fee – $25
Annual CPA Renewal and CPA inactive Registration fees
Individual Registrants:
Due December 31
- CPA inactive status – $25
- Certificate (License) – $100
Filing late after the due date:
- February – a deliquent fee is added that is equal to current renewal fee
- March thru December – a reinstatement fee is also added which is twice the current renewal fee
CPA Firm Permits annual renewal fees:
Due December 31- $15 per each unlicensed owner** with a maximum total of $2,500. After Jan. 31, deliquent fee applies and is assessed at $15 per each owner***. After March 1, reinstatement fee of $15 is added resulting in $30 assessed per for each owner *** with a maximum fee of $5,000. [** timely filed fee is $15 for each owner, partner, shareholder, or member who is NOT licensed in Louisiana. *** Delinquent & reinstatement fee will apply to all firm owners, whether or not licensed CPAs or working inside or outside of Louisiana.]
