2013 Renewal forms — If you were registered in 2012, you may renew or reinstate your individual CPA certificate for 2013 online.  See the CPAs & Firms page for instructions.

Licensed CPAs, however, MUST ALSO MAIL us their completed CPE Reporting forms. CPE Reporting forms were mailed to licensed CPAs. Licensed CPAs who no longer practice and wish to change to inactive status and be exempted from CPE should contact the Board in order for us to update the database.

Individual CPAs may choose to renew completely by mail. You should use the appropriate form(s):

• 2013 Licensed CPA Renewal form
• CPE Reporting form 2010-2012 - CPAs with required CPE hours must submit to renew for 2013
• CPE 2010-2012 INSTRUCTIONS
• 2013 INACTIVE STATUS Renewal form

Firm Permits must be reinstated by completing and mailing the PAPER form.  A link to this form appears below.
