The members of the Board meet quarterly; the meetings are typically held in January, May, July and October and are properly noticed on the Board’s website as required by law. The meetings are open to the public, except during Executive Session, and usually last 1 – 2 days. All requests that need to be presented to the Board should be sent via email to Board staff thirty days prior to a regularly scheduled meeting to the following address: cpaboard.sitemaster@la.gov
